BRITISH DEVELOPER IN DENIA SPAIN
FOLLOWS GOVERNMENT LEAD

A British developer in Denia on Spain's Costa Blanca has followed the governments lead, announced this morning.

30% interest free for the first 5 yearsConstrucciones Z.Sanchez of Denia, Spain, have announced this morning that they will be following the governments lead in lending buyers 30% interest free for the first 5 years, thus providing the deposit required to obtain the balance in a normal bank mortgage, the only capital outlay for the purchaser would be a commitment deposit of 10,000 Euros. The main factors are.

  • A one off deposit of 10,000 Euros would be payable by the purchaser.
  • Up to 30% deposit in Euros (so exchange rates become irrelevant) would be provided by the developer, interest free for 5 years.
  • If the property is sold within the 5 year period (or after) then the 30% loan would be repaid to the developer.
  • The balance of the purchase price (70%) would be provided by way of a normal bank mortgage again in Euros of up to 25 years.
