The only capital outlay for the purchaser would be a commitment deposit of 20,000 Euros. The main factors are.
- A one off deposit of 20,000 Euros would be payable by the purchaser.
- For the first two years the purchaser would be paying an interest only mortgage amounting to payments of only 399 Euros per month on a 2 bedroom duplex, covered by the rental if required.
