A member of Construcciones Z.Sanchez will show you a range of plots that are currently available. You will be able to choose from a wide variety of different Villa designs.
Plans and artist impressions will then be drawn up of the Villa to be built on your plot of land.

You will then be able to personalise your home with a large selection of tiles, bathrooms, windows, kitchens etc.

Your Spanish Solicitor will handle each of the 6 construction stage payments, which are only made after each particular stage is completed. The college of architects checks each stage, and they will confirm to your Spanish solicitor that the building meets with the new stringent regulations.

The average villa will take a guaranteed 12 months to build, obviously less if you choose one of our villas already under construction. During this period Construcciones Z. Sanchez will either provide you with quality discounted accommodation in or around Denia, or if you are not in the country at the time, we will email you updated photographs on the progress of your villa over the 12 month construction period.

The Villa comes with a 10 year guarantee against structural defect. And of course the Construcciones Z.Sanchez after sales service will take care of any queries you may have after moving into your new Villa.
