Your Spanish Solicitor will handle each of the 6 construction stage payments, which are only made after each particular stage is completed. The college of architects checks each stage, and they will confirm to your Spanish solicitor that the building meets with the new stringent regulations.

The average Villa will take approximately 12 months to build. Obviously less if you choose one already under construction. During this period Construcciones Z. Sanchez will either provide you with good quality discounted accommodation in Dénia, or send you update photographs on the progress of construction.

The Villa comes with a 10 year guarantee against structural defect. And of course the Construcciones Z.Sanchez after sales service will take care of any queries you may have after moving into your new Villa.
